Pressure washing removes the rotton and aged layer from the surface of lumber that has been exposed to the elements. This is necessary maintenance and should be performed every 3-5 years in order to protect the strength, integrity, and look of the lumber.

A house wash is an inexpensive way to remove all mold, mildew, dirt, stains, etc. and leaves the home looking clean and new. A house wash also helps to remove insect nests and webs and keeps insects from entering the home. Removal of gutter debris is also available.

Once the lumber has been pressure washed, the bare surfaces need to be protected from the elements. JL uses an oil-based wood sealant called TWP. TWP comes in a variety of colors to add a new dimension of beauty to your back yard.

JL will also replace any rotton, warped, or cracked lumber with new prior to the wash and seal as done with this cedar sided home.

After washing the old and new combination of siding planks, by choosing the right stain color, the new and old blend together nicely and the color will remain for years to come.
